Following the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity guidelines, the room charges have not been lumped with the Registration fees, meals, etc. Registrants therefore have to pay for Registration and Rooms, separately. While the Registration fee is due at the time of registration, the room charges will be paid by the registrant at the time of check-out. Rooms however must be booked during registration. Normal check-in is June 24 and check-out June 28 but registrants can book beyond these dates, based on availability.
Room charges (CAD 240/night + taxes/fees for single queen bed or CAD 260/night + taxes/fees for two queen beds) remain the same in all periods.
June is a very busy time at Banff and there are only a limited number of rooms available at the Banff Centre, so please book early.
Shuttle service
Banff Airporter is the official airport shuttle provider of Banff Centre. Receive a 15% discount on their daily shuttle service between the Calgary Airport and Banff. Departures take place 11x a day, please see the full schedule here.
- To make a reservation, click Banff Airporter and then Book Now.
- Proceed through the reservation and type – MIXING2024 – in the “Promo Code” section on the final payment page to receive the discount. This special rate is valid for travel dates between June 21-30, 2024 if reservation is made at least 1 week prior to the event start.
At the Calgary Airport, Banff Airporter desk is located in the domestic arrivals, between exit doors 5 & 6. Passengers need to meet their driver at the desk before departure. Shuttles leave on time – if a passenger misses their departure time, they can hop on the next available departure.
