Following the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity guidelines, the room charges have not been lumped with the Registration fees, meals, etc. Registrants therefore have to pay for Registration and Rooms, separately. While the Registration fee is due at the time of registration, the room charges will be paid by the registrant at the time of check-out. Rooms however must be booked during registration. Normal check-in is June 24 and check-out June 28 but registrants can book beyond these dates, based on availability.
Registration is broken into Early Bird, Regular and Late registration, based on which the fees vary. Room charges (CAD 240/night + taxes/fees for single queen bed or CAD 260/night + taxes/fees for two queen beds) remain the same in all periods. There are only two categories of fees, Student and General. Student fees for the Early Bird registration is CAD 1680 while General registration in this period is CAD 2060. June is a very busy time at Banff and there are only a limited number of rooms available at the Banff Centre, so please book early! The nearest airport to Banff is the Calgary International Airport. We will be shortly providing links with options and shuttle details for transfer from the airport to the Banff Centre, if you want to avail of that service.
