The Fluid Mixing Processes Special Interest Group (FMP-SIG) of The IChemE and NAMF is organising a one day symposium to commemorate the contributions of John M. Smith in the field of mixing. The event is scheduled on October 16, 2015 at the Department of Chemical and Process Engineering, University of Surrey, UK and will include a number of presentations and tributes on his research, teaching and legacy.
